Shipping

All orders are shipped FedEx Ground. If a package is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. TechTubs is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.  The website only estimates shipments within the Contiguous United States.  Shipping charges internationally will cost more and quotes are given before the orders are processed.

Claims for shortages or wrong product must be made within 20 days from the date of shipment. Claims made after 20 days will not be accepted.

TechTubs warrants its products to be free from defects at the time they are sold. TechTubs liability is limited to the replacement of the products sold, provided it can be determined that they were defective at the time they were sold. TechTubs cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense of any kind as a result of the use, or inability to use TechTubs products. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Delivery time estimates do not apply to large or heavy items that require special shipping, items shipped directly from the manufacturer, or out-of-stock items. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states.

Delivery time for standard shipping to any of the 50 U.S. states or Puerto Rico is 5-7 business days. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.
